Creating and Modifying Users

 
Users (or Last Planners) are required in order to create tasks in vPlanner.  They are also required to manage access permissions and roles to manage the workflow.  See User Account Types for an overview of the various user type and their access roles.  Users are also a paid feature in vPlanner.  You can activate and deactivate users in order to control your spend rate.  It is recommended to deactivate users that are no longer needed on a project.
 
There are two main dialogs that Administrators can use to manage access to projects. The Add or Modify Users to create new users or modify existing users and the Manage Project Users to manage the access levels of users once they are assigned to a project or to associate existing users with existing projects.
