8.5. Site Categories

Categories are a global settings that provides you with a way to set a tagging standards for constraint management across all projects within a site.  The default list provided includes tags for RFIs, Change Orders, Deliveries, etc. You can modify the list of standard categories and you can assign a default color to each category so that it can be used as an override to the default task colors (see Preferences / Color by Category). 

Once you assign categories to tasks you can use the filter to find tasks that are assigned to those categories.  For example you can filter for all RFIs in the project or find all Material Deliveries.
