2.3. Getting Support
All vPlanner users should sign-up at the vPlanner Help Desk portal (https://support.vplannerapp.com) to access support content.
If you are new to the Help Desk portal, register first by clicking the Sign-Up button then enter your email, name, and the captcha text and then follow the steps to create a password for the portal.
Note that the Help Desk account sign-up is a different login than your vPlanner project account.

Once on the Help Desk portal you can access the vPlanner Knowledge Base, see history of changes to vPlanner from one release to the next, and access the help ticketing system which you can use to submit support requests or questions about vPlanner.
